Many things to mention - everything was tidy, outstanding food, lovely views. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and excellent on arrival and throughout the stay. Large room, a kettle and a safe box were a nice surprise. The location was lovely, to many hills, it's a plus. I tried some drinks at pub Deluxe Beach, located 10 minutes walk away. Mentioned hotel met what was needed and my stay there was enjoyable

Inadequate lifts, had to use stairs on the 7th floor. Unhelpful receptionist when inquiring about airport transfers.

Quiet location with parking on site. Overall very very good stay for 5 or more nights.

I actually did not stay at the hotel. I booked the 1 night stay for my two sons.I did however accompany them into the hotel and was impressed by the lobby, the large swimming pool and the the room itself

My sons informed me that the dinner menu was poor and not enough selection.

The hotel is located in an area close to good restaurants and accessible by local transport, but it's up a steep hill. Rooms are spacious with decent showers and great views of the ocean. Housekeeping and restaurant staff were pleasant and efficient. Breakfast included sparkling wine.

Some of the receptionists lacked adequate English skills and there were issues with lifts during busy times, requiring the use of stairs.

The personnel were very friendly and helpful. We checked in late at 23.00 hrs. but they had a table already set in the dining room with cold salads and a drink. The highlight for us were the rooms on the sixth floor with a sea view.

The hotel is on a hill and may be difficult for less mobile people.

Location is near seeside and view is beautiful.Food in restorant was excellent and different.Staff was english speaking and helpfull.Entertainment was interesting.Room is comfortable.Elevators was slowly but we live at the 3 flor - so it was no problem for us

Night entertainment was in most part for spanish language people.

Incredible location, friendly staff, spacious rooms with stunning sea views, well-stocked restaurant, relaxing bar, convenient lift access.

Rooms were clean. Had a beautiful view of the beach and city.

Air-condiioning in room not effective. Had to sleep with balcony door open.

The room was a surprise for a 3 star Hotel, although I did request a seaview room on a higher floor and this was not honoured by the Hotel. I'm not a great fan of buffet food, but there was a great variety of food and is was very nice - although dinner is not served until 8.00pm and by this time a long line of hungry people had formed! Be warned, the Hotel is up a very steep hill from the beach, great on the way down, but hard work on the way up in the heat.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. The staff were helpful and the hotel was clean. We enjoyed the great view from our spacious room with a balcony overlooking the sea. The food was also good, with decent selection at breakfast. The hotel is located near the beach with transportation available and we appreciated the free parking.

Sea big rooms v iews from your from are room , looking all around beautifull stopped 4nites before , over pool so clean o so clean I suffer with asthma but the hill but you have a liftt . sorry but all staff food , o god fantastic thankyou all at torre dorda xx bless
